The eruption of chaos saw over 300 enraged youths descending upon Tangulbei Police Station, driven by a thirst for justice and a deep-seated anger over the loss of one of their own.
At the heart of the turmoil lies the disturbing circumstances surrounding the death of a 24-year-old individual who, having been released on bail, met a gruesome fate at the hands of assailants shortly after leaving police custody. The subsequent outcry, fueled by grief and suspicion, turned into a frenzy as protesters sought retribution and answers from the authorities.
The scene at Tangulbei Police Station quickly spiraled into chaos as the mob vented its fury by vandalizing property and looting. Police vehicles bore the brunt of the violence, with windscreens shattered, doors damaged, and headlights smashed.
